Product Return Policy
Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of skincare, body care, or hair care products once they have been opened or used. Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase. If you need to cancel your order, you may do so before it has been shipped. Once the products have left our premises, we cannot offer a refund, even for sealed items. Should you be unable to collect your order or require redelivery, we can resend the products to your specified address, provided they are returned within 30 days. Exceptions to the Right to Cancel
